We aim to deliver your products within 5 to 10 days from the date of order. However, delivery times may vary region to region depending on factors beyond our control, due to any climate factors or any other factor that affects shipping schedule. We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping and contact information during the order process. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues arising from incorrect information. If a product is returned to us due to incorrect address details, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees to resend the item.

 

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We require an unboxing video as proof of the damage or error. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you at no additional cost. Please note that minor variations in colour, scent, or texture are natural with herbal products and do not qualify as defects.

 

 

In the event that a return is authorized by M/s Hafsa Herbals, please follow the instructions provided by our customer service team. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these criteria.

If a cancellation request is received before the order is processed/approved, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount.

A Rs.50 deduction will be applied for cancellations or returns of orders that have left the shipping warehouse.
