    • Cancellation requests for perishable items (e.g., flowers, food items, etc.) will not be accepted.
    • Refunds or replacements may be considered if the customer provides valid proof that the delivered product’s quality was compromised.

Refund and Replacement Policy

  1. Damaged or Defective Products:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, report the issue to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receiving the order.
    • The merchant will verify the claim, and once approved, a refund or replacement will be processed.
  2. Discrepancies in Product Quality or Expectations:

    • If the product differs from the description or does not meet your expectations, notify our Customer Service team within 2 days of receipt.
    • After reviewing your complaint, the team will decide on the appropriate resolution.
  3. Products with Manufacturer Warranty:

    • For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, kindly contact the manufacturer directly for any claims or issues.
  4. Refund Processing:

    • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 6-8 business days to the original payment method.
